Why is it a test? Could you tell us how much money is needed to purchase an investment property around the area. Not a fancy property, something simple and affordable?
It is a test because I am still working to find a way to post the pdf file for the market analysis data onto this blog. Recently with a wonderful client's help, I downloaded a free software and converted the file onto a jpg file, but when I posted it, the resolution was not as clear as I'd like it to be, and part of the content was cut off.
